Pressure Washing
Pressure washing is using a high-pressure water blast with regular temperature water, with the appropriate nozzles or head units. This regular temperature water still does an amazing job at blasting away dirt, moss, mold, or other substances like. It still does an amazing job but might not be able to get rid of those tough stains on concrete like grease, oils, and rust. For this we would need to work with Power Washing.
Power Washing
Islanders Power Washing uses a high-pressure stream of very hot water (100 Celsius plus), to blast away dirt and algae from most outdoor surfaces. The combination of high pressure and the correct temperature of water make it easy at removing all those truly stuck on materials and stains from surfaces. It’s great for removing residue like salt, mildew, and mold from outdoor patios, decks, driveways, and more. The added heat also makes it particularly good at removing things like chewing gum from sidewalks. Power washing is also exceptionally great for handling grease and oil stains on driveways or garage floors.
Low Pressure & Soft Washing
Islanders Outdoor Maintenance are often asked what soft washing or low-pressure washing are. Well, soft wash and low-pressure washing incorporate specialty low-pressure nozzles on the end of a specifically designed gun or wand. Combining this larger water flow with our biodegradable chemicals and solutions will remove and kill those biological elements like mold, algae, pollen, dirt, and even remove other stains without damaging surfaces on your home or killing or harming your foliage. Soft Washing can be used to clean many surfaces like asphalt shingles, tile roofs, decks, patios, siding, stucco, fences, and cleans them safely.
